Prizes over $600 need to be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters in Charleston or at the Weirton regional office, or by mail. To claim by mail, sign the back of your ticket and send it to the West Virginia Lottery at PO Box 2913, Charleston, WV 25330, along with a completed claim form, and other personal ID. Players have 180 days from the drawing date to claim a prize before it expires.
