Prizes up to $599 can be claimed at any CT Lottery retailer. Any higher than that, and you'll need to claim at a CT Lottery High-Tier Claim Center or at the CT Lottery HQ. Prizes up to $50,000 can be claimed by mail – the only way to claim if you're not currently in Connecticut or planning to visit. The CT Lottery gives players 180 days from the date of the draw in which to claim before the prize expires.
