How to play Powerball X's and O's in Arizona
To enter Powerball X’s and O’s, you must select eight logos out of the 32 presented in the football league. Choose the teams you and your household support or just choose the colors you like the most or have them selected randomly – it’s up to you. Just remember, the team’s performance in the league has no bearing on its likelihood of being drawn. You win a prize if you match a minimum of four out of the eight NFL teams drawn in the game.
Claiming prizes in Arizona
Claim prizes won from Powerball X’s and O’s tickets bought in Arizona in a variety of ways depending on what you win. Prizes of $599 or less can usually be redeemed at any Arizona Lottery retailer. Prizes of $600 or more generally need to be picked up in person at the Arizona Lottery office in Phoenix or Tucson, or at select district offices for prizes under $50,000 (all prize amounts can also be submitted by mail). If you’re making the latter claim you must complete a Winner Claim Form and provide valid government-issued ID. You have 180 days from the date of the drawing to complete your claim.

For prizes of more than $5,000, the Arizona Lottery generally withholds 24% for federal income tax and 2.5% for Arizona state income tax when the prize is claimed.
