The deadline is 7:58 PM CT (8:58 PM ET) on draw days, which is approximately one hour before the winning team logos are drawn. Powerball X’s & O’s costs $5 per play, so the total to pay depends on how many sets of logos you enter and how many consecutive draws you select.

You only have a certain amount of time to claim prizes that you’re due, so be sure to complete the process promptly, or you risk losing out on cash or merchandise. Prizes range from $7 to the massive rolling jackpot, and the minimum match to win a prize is 4 logos out of 8.
Every dollar spent on Powerball Xs and Os tickets can be converted into digital 'points' that can be used as entries into supplementary prize draws. The prizes for these draws are all NFL-themed, ranging from signed jerseys and collectibles to tickets and a paid-for trip to the Super Bowl. Here's how it works:
Register for an account on the Official Powerball Website, or sign in there if you've already got one.
Scan or enter your tickets to your account – each ticket will add five points to your account since they cost $5 per play, 1 point per dollar.
In the Prizes section of your account, you can allocate your points into a mix of different prize raffles of your choosing. You'll be able to see all the different prizes on offer along with a description of them, and the closing date for the draw. Each point counts as a separate entry. Because these draws are raffles, with a limited number of must-be-won prizes, the odds of winning depend entirely on how many points were entered by you and the other players.
If you win one of these draws, you'll be alerted of the win via the account you used to play.

The stated goal is to draw in younger players — particularly the 18-to-34 age group — who lotteries have struggled to reach as sports betting has grown, by pairing a familiar Powerball-style draw with the reach of America's biggest sports league.
